| Full Adjustments |

The Gentry adjuster will combine all elements that make for a full handling of your claim, but subject to your review and authority: origin, coverage, liability, estimating damages, salvage, subrogation, contribution, comparative negligence, or any relevant factor, etc. |
| Investigations |
 |
Limited investigations include only those items that you specifically request work on. Full investigations include all items available to the adjuster and any factor that may come up in the course of the investigation.

| Mediations |
 |
Whether part day or multi-day mediations, we will represent your interests along with your attorney wherever you need us. Our staff has represented insurers across Texas and are known to mediators of insurance cases throughout the area. |
| Task Assignments |

If you wish work completed on specific tasks at agreed pricing, we can do it. Whether it be several pictures of a facial scar or a face-to-face statement, we can accomplish it on a flat fee basis. |
