Marsh Gentry serves as President of Gentry & Associates Claims Service, Inc. Prior to founding this company, he served as Executive Vice-President and General Manager for Barron Risk Management Services, Inc. In his 2 years there, he directed the successful expansion of that company into D/FW and Houston. Previous to that he served for 23 years with GAB Robins, managing the San Antonio branch inclusive of south and west Texas offices. His 27 years in all lines of insurance claims prepares him for any kind of claim situation.
Ray Condit served previously for 16 years with Barron & Co. Adjusters, Inc. and 18 years with GAB. He functioned as a Regional Manager, Branch Manager, and General Adjuster during his GAB years. His many years of 'hands-on' claims experience make him one of South Texas' most qualified adjusters for your claim needs.
Mark Kelley joined Gentry & Associates Claims Service after 3 years with Barron in San Antonio and 5 years with Don Hendricks & Associates in San Angelo. Prior to his adjusting experience, Mark had 15 years of construction work in the residential, commercial, agricultural, and oil industries. He is accomplished in property or auto/truck/heavy equipment estimating.
Michael Ned joined Gentry & Associates Claims Service as a Casualty Adjuster after serving as the Supervising Adjuster for the GAB Robins. Prior to GAB he was employed with Progressive Insurance as Senior Adjuster for 4 years. He worked in the Special Investigative Unit at Progressive with low speed impact cases and moderate speed accident reconstruction. At these various positions of responsibility he has had extensive experience in serious disability and scarring/disfigurement claims in auto, general, and professional liability.
Rodger McMillan spent his insurance career of 8 years with GAB Robins in San Antonio and West Texas before joining us. As Supervising Adjuster at GAB for his final 4 years, he has expertise in all sorts of property and liability claims.
Tom Miller spent his insurance career of 13 years with Barron & Company Adjusters, Inc. in San Antonio before joining us. As the Material Damage super-visor for his final 8 years there and Vehicle/Equipment Appraiser for his previous 5 years, he has wide ranging expertise in all sorts of vehicle damage claims. Miller also has worked in the Auto Body repair and construction industries. Tom also served with the US Navy for 4 years.
Herb Gallo spent his insurance career of 36 years with GAB Robins in San Antonio before joining us. As the Senior Property Adjuster at GAB for his final 15 years, he has wide ranging expertise in all sorts of property claims.
Pete Tabor has been working as a multi-line adjuster since January 1994 after graduating from George Mason University. He has worked 4 years with GAB Robbins in Albuquerque, El Paso, and Austin. He worked with Crawford and Co. 3 years. He worked with Specialty Claims Services handling exclusively mold and foundation claims for a year prior to coming on board with Gentry & Associates. Pete operates from a Satellite office in the Austin Metro area.
Debbie Lighty joined Gentry & Associates Claims Service, Inc in December of 1998. Before joining us she lived in Lewisville, Texas where she worked at the Denton Community Hospital in Denton, Texas for 2 years in the Health Information Management Department. Before losing her husband to Cancer in 1994 she spent 8 years in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia where she worked for the Civil Service as an Administrative Assistant for the Army where she was awarded several awards for outstanding performance.
